What you buy
Starter includes the basic model for USD $6 per month. The reference price is USD $12 per month. Plus and Pro are not yet available. If you use your own cloud model, Lychee LLC does not refund charges billed separately by your model provider.
Refunds
Email 975414875h@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Include the order ID and purchase email. Do not send a full card number. Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors can be reported at any time. Approved refunds normally return by the original payment method. The provider and your bank determine when funds arrive. Rights granted by the law where you live still apply.
Data on your Mac
A refund or uninstall does not automatically delete local memories you have kept. You can inspect, correct or forget memories in the app. A refund cannot recall content already sent to a model provider.
